POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Marsden Marketing is looking for a full-time super star to take our clients’ marketing programs to the next level. The Client Relationship Manager is the front line of our client interactions – ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations while delivering each client’s program within agreed timeframes, and within budget. 

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for leading a team to develop, execute, measure and improve each aspect of the client’s marketing services, including strategic approaches, content creation, integrated campaigns, inbound programs, and lead generation tactics.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data driven B2B marketing strategy and tactics. This role required a results-focused leader who understands how to integrate the right elements to generate high quality leads. Typical program elements include digital demand generation, marketing automation, email best practices, website performance, paid and social media, content creation, and sales enablement.

POSITION LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

SKILL LEVEL: 7+ years experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees full scope of assigned client accounts and is responsible for client satisfaction and execution of program deliverables.
  • Measure, track, and report results and adjust programs to continually improve program performance.
    Assist in the development of strategic marketing plans for each client.
  • Guide team members to build and execute all facets of agreed marketing programs, including use of marketing automation to optimize clients’ lead generation and lead nurturing processes, content marketing, social media, and paid media channels.
  • Provide ongoing program communications across internal and client teams, confidently working with all levels of the client and internal organization.
  • Coordinate the activities of supporting team members for all client deliverables.
  • Present weekly client reports/communication and regularly collaborate with agency principals to ensure optimal health of all client relationships.
  • Provide insights and direction to team members on various marketing research projects, including areas such as: as SEO, buyer personas, competitor analyses and content audits.


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • 7+ years B2B marketing experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans and tactical marketing programs.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B digital marketing strategies and execution best practices.
  • Client facing experience (either in an agency or for a corporate marketing group). 
  • Working knowledge of popular content management systems (WordPress), and Program management experience coordinating a variety of internal and external team members to deliver program components on time and within budget. 
  • marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Experience tracking, analyzing and reporting/communicating program performance across key metrics and goals
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
