Business development and lead generation expert Noah Thomas has joined the company as a client success manager, and experienced writer/editor Riah Solomon has stepped into the role of content marketing specialist. “Noah and Riah make our great team even better,” said Anne Marsden, the company’s founder and principal. “Noah’s demand generation leadership and Riah’s excellent writing and engagement skills have delivered immediate value. It’s exciting to have them with us to further fuel our clients’ success.” Thomas came to Marsden Marketing from Easy Solutions in Atlanta, where as lead generation manager he was part of the inaugural U.S.-based team for the international online fraud prevention company. He managed all demand generation and digital marketing activities, increasing inbound leads by nearly 200 percent, and collaborated with global sales and marketing leaders on go-to-market strategy that had a direct impact on the company’s international growth. Thomas graduated from Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration. Solomon developed strategic communications plans, created SEO-optimized content and managed media relations for companies and clients in diverse industries, including financial technology, manufacturing, entertainment and non-profit. As a communications specialist and copywriter at Red Ventures, a technology and marketing company in Charlotte, N.C., she managed all social media accounts, increasing engagement by 70 percent, and coordinated media and company events.
