Project Overview:

Matteson Partners had a technology and service offering that extended beyond their traditional executive recruiting business model. They engaged Marsden Marketing to help define the new service and develop a winning Go-To-Market strategy.

Objectives:

Create and launch a Go-To-Market plan that would generate a new, profitable revenue stream for the business.

Program Design:

A thorough strategic assessment led to the recommendation to launch a new stand-alone business. The brand name, identity, and voice were all developed to reflect a new, fresh personality that cut through the competitive noise in the market, while connecting with a new target market in a voice that was genuine and friendly. A mascot was designed to represent the brand voice and accelerate brand recognition. A new website and complete inbound marketing program were created to generate and nurture leads.

Results:

The program returned 300% ROI in the first five months.
