POSITION OVERVIEW:

POSITION LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid work environment)

SKILL LEVEL: Mid-level, 3-6 years experience 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and execute marketing programs to engage and influence clients’ target markets.
  • Execute marketing programs to engage and influence clients’ target markets.
  • Use marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Pardot/etc.) to track and optimize clients’ lead generation & lead nurturing programs through email campaigns, content marketing, paid media, and social media channels.
  • Conduct market research to better identify target audiences and how to attract, using a variety of tools like AHREFS, Google Analytics, AdWords, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, and Cision.
  • Establish and manage PPC and social media ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads. Optimize paid campaign performance and make recommendations to increase conversions while reducing CPC.
  • Track, report, and analyze program performance, and make recommendations for further improvement.
  • Manage projects and timelines and all deliverables for assigned clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or another related field
  • 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing programs
  • HubSpot and/or Pardot Certifications
  • Demonstrated success running and reporting on digital marketing programs
  • Analytical thinking skills - uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High-quality 0f work and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Love to learn and broaden knowledge and skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Utilized social media platforms for lead generation
  • Experience working with SEO and PPC tools (i.e., SEMRUSH, AHREFS, Wordstream, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Experience with website analytics tools, and an understanding of how to track goals, report website metrics, and their impact on marketing strategy
  • Understand lead generation metrics including CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns
